We are seeking a recruitment partner / talent acquisition partner to join organisation operating south & west
We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruitment Partner to work with an established not for profit organisation operating across the South and South West.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will support the Business Partners to create recruitment and selection campaigns for their business areas to achieve corporate objectives and business transformation.
You will undertake :
- The role will manage the full recruitment cycle, including liaising with hiring leaders developing dynamic job adverts, the management of recruitment campaigns, managing agency relationships, some direct sourcing, management of process and offers.
- The Talent Acquisition Partner will be required to develop professional and credible relationships with relevant customers within the business and be the expert for market insight and recruitment trends.
- Working as part of the Talent Acquisition Hub, the Talent Acquisition Partner will also support on wider People team projects as required.
- Provide proactive and specialist advice on recruitment & selection, and related considerations with a solution focused proactive approach to business requirements and challenges.
- Support the implementation of a range of business appropriate initiatives and specific projects within agreed timescales and budgets to support the delivery of business objectives e.g. the partnership with ATS providers service redesign for recruitment systems and pre-employment check frameworks
Candidates
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- CIPD level 5.(ideally)
- Experience of working in an inhouse recruitment
- Previous experience that demonstrates a strong level of understanding of good recruitment practices and procedures and the ability to influence and drive cultural change.
- Experience of developing and implementing new approaches within a complex organisation, for example through previous project management or transformational programme activity.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document management systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively to engage and influence.
- Willing to commit to continued professional development.
This is initially a 6 months fixed term contract
Flexible on location
Candidates will need to be willing and able to travel to hubs across South and South West including Andover, Devizes and Weymouth for team work together days and as the business requires.
