I am working with a leading Private Equity firm in the search for an HRIS & HR Data Manager for a 12-18-month fixed-term contract. the role will be centred around HR data reporting & supporting the business with providing meaningful data insights to support HR decision making. This central London firm offer hybrid working and a competitive bonus structure.
Day to day the successful candidate will deliver routine MI reporting and monthly reporting packs, whilst managing and maintaining the HR system (salesforce).
You will have previous experience working with and maintaining HR systems whilst being confident managing HR reporting and providing data analytics. You will be detail orientated with excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong excel skills and the ability to work with large sets of data are a must, whilst visualisation tools such as PowerBi or Tableau would be welcome.
