Job Details

As a key member of the Learning Transformation team working with the Area Learning Tech Engagement Lead to design the future learning operating model including size, roles and responsibilities for a specific area. This role will also be responsible for supporting the execution of learning administration shared services and governance model for new learning operating model.

My client is a pharmaceutical organisation with global presence


Key responsibilities:

  • Support the design of the indicative future state learning operating model and learning admin shared services model aligned with the area
  • Propose appropriate solutions around ways of working with area learning Leads, T&D Centre of Excellence and Learning Shared Services team.
  • Document accountabilities, responsibilities and decision-rights by role
  • Work with the area HRBP team to support grading of all new roles and any amendments to the HR job catalogue.
  • Support area benefits realisation and track the impacts of the future L&D organisation design
  • Support development of impact assessment of the proposed organisation re-design on current ways of working and culture and recommend appropriate solutions and implementation plan


Successful candidate:

  • Experience of global HR organisation design using appropriate tools and methodologies
  • Experience of supporting the execution of learning administration shared services and governance models for new learning operating models.
  • Experience in consulting with key stakeholders, and demonstrable internal consulting experience
  • Experience of following through to Implementation / guiding clients in embedding new processes & ways of working, and evaluation for continuous improvement
  • Experience of working in large complex project environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship building skills

Job Offer

6 months contract

Based in Cambridge, but would consider remote working

Up to £380 a day PAYE/£500 per day LTD
