Are you an experienced HR professional with strong administrator skills?
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a remarkable education provider in their search to add a strong HR Coordinator to their existing HR department.
This will be a part - time (30 hours), permanent position, based in Hampton, with potential opportunity for some remote working.
The actual salary for this role will be up to circa £26k with a fantastic benefits package (holidays, leisure facilities, parking etc.)
HR Coordinator - about this role
Purpose of the job - To support the Director of HR in the provision of high quality, efficient day-to-day HR service for the school. Providing a timely, confidential, and efficient HR administrative service, focusing on the following areas:
·Recruitment processes
·HR records data management, HR administration
·Employment documentation and compliance.
Main duties include:
·Responsible for staff recruitment and selection processes
·Maintain personnel files in a secure and confidential manner
·Answer and deal with day-to-day enquiries (both internal and external) and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
·Process information onto the HR database.
·Maintain staff records on the School's Single Central Register (SCR).
·Responsible for all administration of onboarding and induction for new starters.
·Processing of leavers and archiving information as required
·Be the first point of contact for staff queries about routine employment matters, referring more complex issues to the Director of HR as appropriate.
·To work in collaboration with the full-time HR Co-ordinator on any HR and Recruitment matters as may be required.
Key experience -
·Strong previous experience in office administration
·Educated to A-level of equivalent
·Able to work effectively on own initiative and as part of a team
·Excellent written and oral communication skills
·Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
·Knowledge and understanding of HR and related processes and practices would be advantageous
