Resource manager

I am delighted to be working with a leading global professional services firm who are in a commanding position within the legal sector.
I am on the search for an experienced Resource Manager to support their Dispute Resolutions business unit.
The role will report to the firm's Dispute Resolution Business Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Resource Management Team Lead.

This exciting Resource manager role will require you to form strong bonds with the firm's partners and lawyers as well as gain a thorough knowledge of the work at hand.
It will be the responsibility of the Resource Manager to work to understand each team member's capabilities, development needs, and availability in order to guarantee that work is distributed effectively and fairly as well as to enable a more efficient work allocation process that is conscious of budgets and ROI.

It would be beneficial to have worked within the Professional Services sector with a preference to the legal sector, however, I would be open to speaking to candidates that have experience working within Financial Services and Tech.
