Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a global company seen as an industry disruptor in their search for a new Learning and Development Manager to join their L&D, Talent and Engagement team. This is a permanent opportunity.
The purpose of this role is to provide expertise in the development and delivery of embedding a sustainable learning culture aimed at developing key capabilities and behaviours and raising business performance, whilst supporting the Talent, Engagement & D&I agenda, working in partnership with Senior Managers and HR Business Partners.
Learning and Development sits within the Learning, Talent Development & Engagement Team, which forms part of our client's People Team. It acts as a centre of excellence, working closely with HRBPs, Recruitment, Reward, HR Process Improvement and Senior Leaders across all parts of the company. Reporting into the Head of Learning, Talent Development & Engagement, you will lead the L&D agenda to further develop and build the right skills and capabilities in our people to set our business up for success as part of our recovery plan.
