Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a resourcing advisor role in a property & consultancy firm based within a recently refurbished office. In the last 2 years the team has grown by over 50 people and the resourcing team and now looking for that crucial advisor in providing an excellent service within a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
City of London
Hybrid Working
12 Months FTC to Perm
To be successful for the role, you will have:
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- The ability to develop and provide an engaging onboarding process
- The opportunities to propose new and creative approaches to resource planning
- The ability to provide day to day running's with internal moves and changes
- Either previous experience within HR or Recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of adapting to business change.
The roles responsibilities:
- To Develop and implement an engaging onboarding process to give new joiners the best start within our business
- To schedule and attend weekly status meetings with key stakeholders
- To influence and impact a wide range of stakeholders
- To anticipate risk and prevent where possible with effective solutioning
- To work effectively to tight deadlines in a pressured environment
