Experienced Hire Resourcing Adviser

Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a resourcing advisor role in a property & consultancy firm based within a recently refurbished office. In the last 2 years the team has grown by over 50 people and the resourcing team and now looking for that crucial advisor in providing an excellent service within a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

City of London

Hybrid Working

12 Months FTC to Perm

To be successful for the role, you will have:

• The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• The ability to develop and provide an engaging onboarding process
• The opportunities to propose new and creative approaches to resource planning
• The ability to provide day to day running's with internal moves and changes
• Either previous experience within HR or Recruitment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of adapting to business change.

The roles responsibilities:

• To Develop and implement an engaging onboarding process to give new joiners the best start within our business
• To schedule and attend weekly status meetings with key stakeholders
• To influence and impact a wide range of stakeholders
• To anticipate risk and prevent where possible with effective solutioning
• To work effectively to tight deadlines in a pressured environment
