HR Business Partner

  • £300 per day outside of IR35
  • Immediate Start
  • Initially 6 monhts with possibility for it to be extended
  • City of London
  • Hybrid

My client needs the support of a HR Business Partner. This is an immediate start for initially 6 months.

Main responsibilities;

  • ER and sickness management - the role is very ER heavy with complex cases at ET level
  • Change management and workforce development
  • Experience in HR for children social care/Social care/ last resort - Local government
  • Use of data to provide regular reports and influence managers decisions on their workforce development strategy
  • Strong relationship building with the service managers, wider HR team and other stakeholders
  • Supporting Strategic HR business partner in driving business objectives- reduce agency spent, implementation of workforce development strategy, implementation of solutions to tackle social worker skills shortage
