Oakleaf Partnership are seeking a HR Advisor to join our central Manchester clients team on a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave. This is a global organisation with a large HR function that supports its employees from their Manchester and London locations.
As the HR Advisor in this organisation, you will hold a true generalist role, supporting one of its fastest paced business areas, supporting managers and employees alike with all HR related matters. You will work closely with the areas dedicated business partner, delivering on key projects and providing ad hoc reports on performance etc. Your duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Managing employee relations matters quickly and effectively, identifying any trends and working with line managers and stakeholders to provide solutions
- Providing accurate advice on all policies and procedures
- Monitoring probation periods and conducting end of probation reviews as well supporting managers with appraisals
- Work with the wider HR team and collaborate on projects across the organisation
It would be highly advantageous if you have experience within TUPE or mergers and be required to work on site two or three days a week in Manchester city centre. Initially this is a 12 month FTC however the organisation is about to grow significantly, in return y8ou will receive a salary up £38k per annum.
