Compensation & Benefits Manager EMEA

  • Permanent

  • 8 - 10% company performance linked bonus

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst or Manager to join a fast-growing global organisation in the life sciences space. The organisation is rapidly expanding through M&A activity and have the need to expand their robust reward team to support this growth. This role will be reporting to the Associate Reward Director.

The Compensation & Benefits Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely and build relationships with HRBP's and Managers across the EMEA region of the business
  • Support on all compensation & benefits BAU and projects
  • Year-end annal pay and benefits reviews
  • Support in compensation plan and design
  • Job evaluation
  • Analyse market data to assess competitiveness of offerings
  • Lead on market data projects
  • Consult HRBP's and leaders within the business on all reward matters
  • Develop / support and conduct reward training to familiarise HRBP's and managers
  • Participate in special projects including executive compensation and M&A activities

What you must have:

  • Compensation and benefits experience in a similar Reward Analyst / Manager role
  • Experience working with an EMEA / global remit
  • Strong excel skills
  • Experience working on reward projects
  • Experience using Workday would be an advantage but not required
