We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst or Manager to join a fast-growing global organisation in the life sciences space. The organisation is rapidly expanding through M&A activity and have the need to expand their robust reward team to support this growth. This role will be reporting to the Associate Reward Director.
The Compensation & Benefits Manager responsibilities will include:
- Work closely and build relationships with HRBP's and Managers across the EMEA region of the business
- Support on all compensation & benefits BAU and projects
- Year-end annal pay and benefits reviews
- Support in compensation plan and design
- Job evaluation
- Analyse market data to assess competitiveness of offerings
- Lead on market data projects
- Consult HRBP's and leaders within the business on all reward matters
- Develop / support and conduct reward training to familiarise HRBP's and managers
- Participate in special projects including executive compensation and M&A activities
What you must have:
- Compensation and benefits experience in a similar Reward Analyst / Manager role
- Experience working with an EMEA / global remit
- Strong excel skills
- Experience working on reward projects
- Experience using Workday would be an advantage but not required
