Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with an accountancy firm, based in Horsham as they look to recruit a Full time, permanent HR Advisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or a HR professional looking for the next step in their career.
If you are looking for a new and exciting opportunity the this could be the role for you.
The salary for this role will be up to £35k with opportunities to work remotely.
·The HR Advisor will support Human Resources activities across the business and be responsible for the deployment and effectiveness of a broad range of defined Human Resources processes within the firm, partnering with leaders, and employees to resolve issues and concerns.

·Ensure accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resource information systems.
·Handle day to day employee queries and act as 'Front of House' for the department.
·Raising offer letters and contracts of employment.
·Managing the starter and leaver processes.
·Support recruitment process, leading onboarding activities and local inductions.
·Facilitates compensation process and benefits administration by partnering with payroll and service line leaders/management.
·Assists to develop and implement workforce compensation recommendations.
·Assists in managing administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures; advises on compliance with key legislative requirements.
·Participates in performance management activities including employee development planning.
·Participates in training activities and special projects.
·Maintain and develop process and work instruction documents, to continually improve all key processes
·Assists in resolution of conflicts and provide assistance in preparing for coaching and counselling on employment matters.
·Assists in conducting and documenting investigations.

Looking for:
·Human Resources Data Management experience
·Proven experience using HR Information Systems such as CIPHR or Workday would be advantageous.
·Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits Administration
·The ability to build constructive relationships and support managers and staff in Employee Relation issues and disputes.
·Ability to interpret data and present findings to stakeholders
·Possess the ability and confidence to prioritise and problem solve
·Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
The ability to make good and timely decisions that keep the firm moving forward.
