Description
As Training Manager you will be responsible for;
- Managing a small team of trainers including 121s etc
- Design content and training material
- Partner with SLT and HR to establish areas for improvement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders on site
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have previous experience working in a logistics background or similar
- Proven track record designing and delivering training material
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Commutable to Derby
