Job Details

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Learning & Development to support with the delivery of training, talent development and capability improvement activities across the organisation.

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Working across the organisation to increase engagement and interest in L&D activities
  • Assess effectiveness of training delivery and gather feedback to communicate to the Head of L&D
  • Ensure training sessions and workshops are effectively planned and organised
  • Keep all training and L&D records up to date
  • Ensure CQC audit requirements are accurately recorded
  • Take ownership of specific activities within Wellbeing and Safety

We are looking for a HR professional who has:

  • An understanding/interest in the Learning & Development function
  • CIPD Level 3 or a relevant qualification
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to take a lead role or deliver training sessions where appropriate
  • Understanding/experience within Wellbeing
  • Experience of working with safety training standards
  • Previous experience of working with blended learning L&D solutions and E-Learning technology would be an advantage
