A not-for-profit organisation is looking for a Head of Reward and Policy to lead the reward function. The role is to predominately be the reward expert and supporting introducing new policies as well as update existing ones. The role is based in London, offering very flexible hybrid arrangements of 1 day a week or every fortnight in the office.

Description

A Head of Reward and Policy to:

- Develop and update existing policies

- Development of new policies

- Develop the reward, benefits and performance strategy

- Lead in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, job profiling,

- Manage the benefits scheme and non-compensation benefits to remain competitive in the market

- Design and lead the annual pay and performance review process

- Support gender and race pay gap reports

- Provide advice to the remuneration committee

Profile

A Head of Reward and Policy with:

- NfP, or Public sector experience

- Experience of working with a high degree of autonomy

Job Offer

Permanent role

Salary up to £62,000

London Based with hybrid working - 1 day a week or fortnightly

35 hour week

Fantastic annual leave allowance and employer pension contribution
