I have just picked up a really exciting Reward Partner role with a global FMCG business.
Reporting into the Reward Manager you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Supporting with the annual reward cycle, merit, bonus and pay review processes
* Working on benchmarking and salary management
* Partnering with the global reward teams and supporting with global initiatives
* Supporting with UK & Ireland benefits
* Driving efficiency and looking at global consistency from a reward perspective
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in compensation is interested in benefits and is comfortable working in a reward partnering position.
