Lead, and deliver on the Talent Acquisition function. Support the full recruiting life cycle and collaborate with departments such as marketing and sales to create and develop successful Talent campaigns.

Description

  • Lead on the 360 recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Use social media and networking to connect with a wider pool of talent.
  • Create recruitment campaigns, working alongside other internal departments such as marketing
  • Utilise the company ATS effectively
  • Lead of process developments and projects to develop the TA function
  • Build a TA team & function

Profile

  • Capabilities in pitching roles to potential candidates using persuasive and compelling positioning
  • Strong relationship building skills for candidate base
  • Experience with Active and passive candidate sourcing
  • Leadership capability to manage a team
  • Thrives in hands on capacity where EVP is at the centre of the candidate experience
  • Target and data driven
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Professional and a strong communicator - overall good partnering ability.
  • Strong team player

Job Offer

  • Circa 80K salary
