Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be supporting a Media and Advertising company in their search for a HR Admin to joing their team. This would originally be a 3 month contract, with the hope of this being extended or made permanent when it is signed off. This role would need someone to start immediately.
As a growing business, the pace of hiring means this role is pivotal in providing exceptional administrative support and taking ownership to bother joiner and leaver processes.
As a first point of contact for all HR queries you would be responsible for answering, re-directing, or processing first line request.
You would be accountable for managing the main inbox, coordinating the queries, and actions to the wider global HR team. The postholder will therefore enjoy working in a fast-paced environment without compromising attention to detail and customer care.
You would be responsible for the full onboarding cycle from issuing contracts, checking references, to preparing and facilitating inductions.
You would work with the HR operations team to confirm the leaver processes are managed correctly and timely, whilst coordinating and conducting exit interviews. You would also support with creating an employment tracker, assist with digital file creation, data checking, personnel file audits and HRIS prep.
You would accurately maintain people-related data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance measures are met and maintained.
- Previous HR administration experience is essential and understanding of HR processes

- HR system knowledge would be advantageous
