Frazer Jones has partnered with a fintech organisation based in the heart of the west end. We are keen to speak to Reward Consultants for a temporary assignment of 6 months. We're looking for a Reward expert to join this rapidly growing People Team. As the team has now reached over 300 employees, the People Team is growing to support all employees and hiring managers within the business, and we are looking for a Rewards expect to join the team at this exciting time. You will be involved in setting up a brand-new Reward framework, working alongside HR members and partnering with individual managers needs. This will be covering across the global basis (US, Singapore, and UK).


  • Report and work alongside the CPO to build a reward framework in the business
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of market leading propositions including employee communication.
  • Contribute to (and where appropriate lead) key projects including change management, stakeholder engagement, developing employee communications and updating reward policy where appropriate
  • Partner with the firm's external partner specialists to carry out research, analysis, and data modelling, understand and interpret insight about the preferences and interests of the firms' employees to inform the benefits strategy, recommendations and decision making.
  • Work with business stakeholders and external parties to co-create, develop, and refine benefit propositions.


  • Previous experience in working in Rewards, building frameworks for pay scales, benefits, bonus and incentives globally
  • Proven experience of analysing and interpreting data/ insight to inform decision making, with evidence of continuous review and improvement.
  • Strong understanding roll benefits roll outs across multiple countries
  • Strong Microsoft Package experience, i.e., advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
