EMEA Payroll Specialist - £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus & Benefits - City of London
Frazer Jones are partnering with a truly global Fintech firm who are seeking to recruit a EMEA Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis.
This role will be working in a team of 3 reporting into a Global Head of Payroll and be responsible for UK and EMEA Payrolls.
Our client is offering Hybrid working and currently come into the office 3 days per week!
The role:
- Take ownership for delivery of EMEA Payroll for the firm.
- Deal with external payroll vendors.
- Continuously look to improve the efficiency of day to day payroll operations through work processes improvements.
- Administration of Payroll related details on HR/ Payroll system.
- Payroll reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Providing high level customer service via Payroll help desk.
- Advising on compensation, benefits and tax related issues.
Skills required:
- Strong EMEA Payroll exposure.
- Exposure to UK Payroll (inhouse)
- Strong excel skills.
- Team player
- Strong communicator
