HR Advisor

HR Advisor - Sheffield - Flexible working - £26-28K FTE 30-37.5 hours per week over 4 or 5 days


Your new role

A private healthcare organisation is looking to recruit an HR Advisor to their team and support them with the organisations mission to provide first-class healthcare for the local community in a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.

You'll be reporting directly to the originations Director and be supported by a Head of People and the wider people function. You'll be responsible for all HR activities across the organisation and be the first point of contact for colleagues and managers for any HR queries and advice.

You'll have the opportunity to support your colleagues to make a positive difference in people's lives by providing outstanding personalised care. It's a varied and busy role and would be suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple tasks and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have experience working at a similar level within HR and ideally be at least CIPD level 3 qualified. They are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail, great administration skills and is able to develop relationships with all stakeholders across the business. Its highly important to this organisation that the successful candidate understands and supports the originations mission for patients to enjoy a peaceful stay with first class care; an environment in which they would be happy to treat their own families.
