I am working with a FTSE listed global financial services firm who are looking for an experienced Benefits Manager to join them for a 6 month FTC. The Benefits Manager role will be to work closely with their their UK and global population to review their current offering, identify gaps and propose improvements that can be made across each location. Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for making commercial recommendations with a view to moving towards a harmonised approach to benefits, ensuring a competitive approach and building to their employee brand proposition.
The business are currently offering a hybrid working policy with 2 days from home and 3 days based in their central London offices.
The successful candidate will have a track record of operationally managing benefits provisions and managing broker relationships whilst identifying, evaluating, and implementing new initiatives as appropriate in a global setting.
