Ashley Kate are delighted to be to be supporting an established distribution organsiation as they look to recruit a full time permanent HR Advisor. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven generalist experience .  

Please note that this role will be predominantly site based with 1 day a week working from home. 
Salary of 35k, plus excellent development opportunities.
About the role
·Support the HR team in delivering and monitoring employee engagement initiatives;
·Provide support with recruitment and selection activity;
·Supporting and managing ER issues e.g. disciplinary meetings, sickness absence reviews etc;
·Administration across all aspects of the HR functionality including update and review of policies and procedures in line with legislation;
·Conduct exit interviews and compile detailed analysis of data
·Ensure the timely and accurate input and maintenance of employee information and data through the HRIS and business reporting systems;
·Working on key initiatives with HR Business Partner, shadowing where appropriate;
·Project work
·Review and continually improve core processes
HR Advisor - About you
·Demonstrable Generalist HR experience within a HR environment
·Ability to generate monthly reports for management meetings
·Proven ability to develop HR systems and procedures
·Solid up to date employment knowledge
·Understanding of wider impact of decisions
·CIPD Level 3 as a minimum
·Educated to A level  standard
·Intermediate level Microsoft Suite
