I am working with a British multinational conglomerate organisation in the search for an HR Change Project Manager with expertise in Reward and HR Systems for a 6-9 month outside of IR35 contract.
Reporting into the HR Director the HR Change Project Manager will act as project manager on several workstreams across a braid integration business side project. The deliverable include:
- Organisational design - reviewing target operating model across the new organisation structure and reviewing where there is an opportunity to improve effectiveness.
- Acting as the compensation and benefits SME on as part of their integration project. Lead on harmonisation of compensation and benefits framework.
- HR Systems review - working with sponsors and senior stakeholders to ensure that their HR system meets the requirements of the business
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced HR change project manager with a reward and HR systems bias who is collaborative and able to build strong relationships across a diverse set of senior stakeholders and team members.
