Human Resources Business Partner - Lincoln - Flexible working - £28,226 - £31,895 DOE
Your new role
A non-profit education trust is looking for a HR Business Partner to support multiple sites within its group. As a HR Business Partner you will provide high quality support, advice and guidance to the Heads/Directors/Senior Managers and employees on Human Resource/Employee Relation matters; leading to high levels of customer satisfaction amongst the Trusts workforce.
You'll have be working closely with the Director of Human Resources and HR Business Partners to share best practices and support, maintain and develop professional HR relationships within the Trust.This is a true generalist role where you'll ensure practices and policies are up to date as appropriate and provide expert input and advice across a range of complex HR cases. You'll manage recruitment and selection, equal opportunities, disciplinary and grievance processes.
You'll have the opportunity to support in a variety of projects and provide input on the generalist and strategic decisions within the trust.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be CIPD level 5 qualified and have significant experience within HR. You must have great interpersonal and leadership skills and be able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
