Description
As People Partner, you will be responsible for;
- Lead customer facing HR, providing strategic and operational HR support to business units
- Devising and embedding strategic people plan within region
- Part of Regional SLT
- Influencing and engaging line managers and senior leaders on HR ability
- Support on complex ER casework
- Implementing local recruitment strategy to attract, recruit and retain the best talent
- Support with wider People initiatives around L&D, Reward, D&I etc
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have a proven track record operating at BP level
- CIPD qualified
- Strong employment law knowledge
- Strong coaching, influencing skills
- Commutable to either West Mids and South West
