Interim HR Manager - 6 months initially

Client Details

The client is in the Public Sector


As Interim HR Manager you will be responsible for;

  • day to day HR including Employee Relations, policies and procedures etc
  • Management of a Recruitment Manager
  • Support and deputise for the Head of HR
  • Support with wider projects around D&I, Recruitment and Retention, Engagement etc.


The successful candidate will;

  • Have experience working for a Public Sector or Not for Profit organisation
  • Proven track record at HR Manager level
  • Strong employment law knowledge
  • Able to start within a few weeks

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate;

  • Mostly home working, with occasional travel to the office
  • Flexitime
  • 29 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Competitive salary c. £47,000
  • Contract c. 6 months, potential to extend
