Client Details
The client is in the Public Sector
Description
As Interim HR Manager you will be responsible for;
- day to day HR including Employee Relations, policies and procedures etc
- Management of a Recruitment Manager
- Support and deputise for the Head of HR
- Support with wider projects around D&I, Recruitment and Retention, Engagement etc.
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have experience working for a Public Sector or Not for Profit organisation
- Proven track record at HR Manager level
- Strong employment law knowledge
- Able to start within a few weeks
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate;
- Mostly home working, with occasional travel to the office
- Flexitime
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Competitive salary c. £47,000
- Contract c. 6 months, potential to extend
