Oakleaf PArtnership are proud to be supporting an Automotive tech company in their search for a German-speaking People and Performance Operations Administrator. They will be paying up to £28,000 and will allow fully flexible working (100% remote, from any location). They have an extremely supportive team who maintain a positive work environment for all and the company itself is extremely exciting.

Responsibilities:

- Be the first poit of contact for any HR queries

- Manage the mailboxes

- Onboarding an offboarding

- HR administration tasks

- Manage employee records

- Communicate with employee's about what they should expect from the company.

- Update HR database when necessary.

Requirements:

- 6 months + working in HR

- Fluent spoken and written German

- 6 months + Administration experience
