The Reward, Benefits and Wellbeing Advisor will work as part of a busy HR team and will support the Pensions and Reward Manager and Head of HR Operations on a day-to-day basis.

My client is a leading Professional Services, who operate on an international level.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Deal with any queries in relation to employee and company benefits
  • Liaise with brokers and providers at renewal points for any health and risk benefits
  • Act as a point of contact for all benefit providers
  • Support the Pension and Reward Manager on a daily basis
  • Assist with the development and coordination of the annual wellbeing events calendar
  • Maintain intranet pages with up to date information on benefits and wellbeing
  • Keep up to date with changes to the benefits portal
  • Provide adhoc analysis and reporting for reward-related activities

Profile

  • Experience in Professional Services
  • A degree in HR or a related subject, or working experience in HR is advantageous
  • Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • HR database management experience
  • Experience of working on a benefits system
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively



Job Offer

  • Salary - £30,000 per annum (negotiable up to £32,000 DOE)
  • Excellent company benefits
  • Hybrid working - 2 home-based days, 2 office days and 1 flexible day OR fully remote working available
