Your new role
Joining a leading financial services business, you will support within a reward remit, particularly focussing on delivering the annual compensation review. You will be responsible for benchmarking roles, providing compensation info to the business, data preparation and extraction in benchmarking exercises.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a proven background in reward, and will be able to demonstrate their experience of managing several annual compensation reviews. It is essential that you have strong compensation experience. Experience of working within a regulated business would be an advantage, as would experience of using a system such as Workday. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a minimum of a 9 month contract, working in the London office for a minimum of 2 days per week.
