Part Time HR Assistant job based in Coventry
Your new company
You will be working for a charity that supports people through their time of need, providing help advice and assistance. They have been growing over the last few years and currently have a team of 70 people on site.
Your new role
Due to growth they are looking for a HR assistant to support the team heads and management with general HR duties. These include up dating personnel records with joiners and leavers, sickness monitoring, maternity, posting recruitment adverts and processing applications and generally assisting with anything to do with HR.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked previously within a HR role and ideally be educated to CIPD level 3. Experience working for a small charity is also a distinct advantage along with strong IT skills.
What you'll get in return
The role is working part time and although they would prefer 9am - 2pm they are flexible. The position will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
