Reward & Compensation Manager EMEA

  • Permanent
  • £50,000 - £60,000
  • 10% company performance linked bonus
  • Flexible working arrangements (Can be remote or office based)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst or Manager to join a fast-growing global organisation in the life sciences space. The organisation is rapidly expanding through M&A activity and have the need to expand their robust reward team to support this growth. This role will be reporting to the Associate Director of Compensation & Benefits.

The role will be focused on Compensation activities across 42 EMEA countries. The post holder will also have the chance to be involved in other global projects in the compensation & benefits space should you choose.

The Reward & Compensation Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Lead on compensation BAU activities including annual salary and bonus review
  • Analyse market data to assess competitiveness of offerings across the EMEA coutnries. Lead market data analysis projects
  • Keep up to date on Compnensation laws and regulations across the 42 countries under your remit
  • Assess the current sales incentive plans and look at how they can be improved and harmonsied aross the business
  • Involvement in a compensation education programme for managers - providing a quarterly session with managers and business partners to educate on compensation matters

What you must have:

  • Compensation experience in a similar Reward Analyst / Manager role
  • Experience working with an EMEA / global remit
  • Strong excel skills
  • Experience working on reward projects
  • Experience using Workday would be an advantage but not required
