Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with one of the largest property development and investment companies in the UK to find a Reward Analyst to join their team on a 15 month FTC.

Supporting the Reward Director in the delivery of group wide annual pay and performance review, share plans across the organisation, the provisions for pension arrangements and the employee benefits offering across the Group.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management of annual reporting requirements across the Group, including but not limited to, Sustainability and Annual Reporting analytics, social mobility reporting and quarterly DE&I metrics
  • Manage the administration of Company benefits including undertaking review and analysis of the uptake and usage of benefits and where necessary, making recommendations for any actions and promotion to ensure our benefits are well utilised.
  • Provide support with the salary and bonus surveys and benchmarking conducted by external vendors by obtaining and analysing data.
  • Produce reports, dashboards and metrics to provide the wider HR function, the Executive Committee and the business with accurate insights.
  • To assist the Reward Director in the design and role out of job families, review of grades and overall pay structure including approach to bonuses and benefit offering.

Skills & experience:

  • Previous experience in a Reward or HR environment gained in a fast-paced commercial, professional environment.
  • Excellent analytical modelling, data analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Ability and experience in utilising wider data analytical tools such as PowerBI would be desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing and auditing work.
