I am currently supporting my client with an immediate interim requirement for an Interim Comp & Bens Partner for a minimum period of 4 months.
This is a varied role, reporting to the Head of Comp & Bens, taking on project-related work across the UK & Ireland related to signfucant organisational and people change.
You will be required to speak to a wide variety of stakeholders to understand the current set-up and Reward offering and introduce and implement processes relating to various aspects of Reward.
This is an excitying oppotrtunity to work for a supportive manager and wider team at an exciting time of significant change.
Ths is a hybrid role which will typically involve 2/3 days onsite.
Ideally you will have some reward/comp & bens experience, however my client is also keen to consider candidates with a generalist HR background where you may have previously touched on some aspects of reward, perhaps as project work.
You will have sound relationship-building skills and excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to influence and take a creative & pragmatic approach to the introduction of new ideas and processes.
