Oakleaf North are partnered with a global financial technology business, to support them with an urgent interim hire within their HR team, based in Leeds. The business has offices across the UK, Ireland and Australia.
This will be an interim Employee Relations Specialist to join for up to 3 months in supporting with a significant number of redundancies due to a companywide, global restructure. The ER Specialist will be an experienced professional who can support with collective consultations, advise on restructure, supporting with alignment of businesses and streamlining policies. This role will suit a HRBP with strength and experience with restructures, collective consultation, and redundancies. The role will be mostly remote working with the occasional need to travel to the Leeds office to be onsite to attend consultation meetings face to face. All the assessments for the consultations have been completed, this role is pivotal to the execution of the meetings and the processes of action.
The salary is up to £60,000 and requires somebody to start as soon as possible.
