If you have answered YES then I would be keen to talk with you about a new role I am working on for a Recruitment Advisor for a market leading client in Bristol.

Due to promotion within the Recruitment team my client is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. This is a hands on and fast paced role which requires someone who understands the end to end recruitment process, enjoys candidate sourcing and candidate engagement, can build talent pools and talent pipelines as well as supporting on interviews and assessment centres.

As the Recruitment Advisor you will support the Senior Recruitment Business Partner throughout the recruitment process and will be responsible for all sourcing and pre screening of potential applicants, this will include headhunting, utilsing social media and market mapping. You will support with arranging of interviews, liaising with agencies, managing offers and rejections and support with the onboarding process.
A key part of this role will be to provide up to date and accurate information on the market and highlight any trends around recruitment activity, salary reviews and benchmarking.

To be successful you will need to of had exposure of working in recruitment and been responsible for sourcing of candidates and the overall candidate experience. You will have the ability to build effective relationships with your stakeholders and demonstrate confidence and credibility when supporting them with their recruitment needs. Your inquisitive and innovative mind will allow you to think differently and challenge on hard to fill and niche roles. You will be goal oriented and be process driven along with being a pro active team player who enjoys identifying market trends and reporting on market data and information.
