Job Details

  • Preparing REMCO papers for Group Remuneration Committee, the EMEA Remuneration Oversight Committee and other regional committees
  • Preparing responses to questions from regulators and assisting in preparation for meetings with regulators (PRA, FCA, ECB, BaFin)
  • Supporting initiatives to respond to changes in regulatory remuneration requirements
  • Supporting the annual review of Material Risk Taker (MRT) identification frameworks and remuneration policy documents
  • Managing review of qualitative sections of annual Pillar 3 disclosures on remuneration
  • Enhancing MRT population analytics
  • Building strong relationships with the Global Compensation teams

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience of EU Remuneration regulations in financial services including CRDV, IFPR. IFD
  • Excellent analytical skills - both data analytics, and the ability to understand, interpret and summarise complex regulatory and legislative texts
  • Compensation, HR Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Compliance background preferred
