Job Details
- Preparing REMCO papers for Group Remuneration Committee, the EMEA Remuneration Oversight Committee and other regional committees
- Preparing responses to questions from regulators and assisting in preparation for meetings with regulators (PRA, FCA, ECB, BaFin)
- Supporting initiatives to respond to changes in regulatory remuneration requirements
- Supporting the annual review of Material Risk Taker (MRT) identification frameworks and remuneration policy documents
- Managing review of qualitative sections of annual Pillar 3 disclosures on remuneration
- Enhancing MRT population analytics
- Building strong relationships with the Global Compensation teams
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience of EU Remuneration regulations in financial services including CRDV, IFPR. IFD
- Excellent analytical skills - both data analytics, and the ability to understand, interpret and summarise complex regulatory and legislative texts
- Compensation, HR Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Compliance background preferred
