Your new company
British manufacturer and design firm are looking for an In-House Recruitment Manager to join the recruitment team of 3, recruiting for roles from 30K to 100K. Reporting into the People Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from preparing job descriptions, adverts, liaising with external agencies, conducting interviews and screening and shortlisting candidates.
  • Provide knowledge and advice to hiring managers on up to date recruitment strategies (including social media, AI).
  • Take ownership for updating ATS and processes in order to capture important data on candidates and for reporting & audit purposes.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in an in-house recruitment role, ideally within the retail, manufacturing or design sectors.
  • Ability to understand hiring manager's needs, and provide advice on the current market.
  • Be an excellent communicator, with the ability to successfully deal with senior stakeholders.
