A UK-leading B2B property firm are looking for a experienced internal recruiter to join the team of 5. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will manage the recruitment of 10-15 roles at any one time, up to 80K - across corporate functions and on-site.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Drive the candidate experience and day to day management of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support the Head of TA on upcoming recruitment strategies and projects.
- Manage all Property Management recruitment and off payroll Contractor Management, as well as junior roles across corporate functions within the business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role, including screening, shortlisting and conducting CV's.
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with a variety of levels.
- Be personable, motivated and creative.
