Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the HR team based at the Head Office in Southampton, to deliver a professional and efficient HR support to all divisions across the group. You will ensure the smooth running of all HR processes, policies and projects by delivering professional guidance, coaching and support to colleagues and managers. You will be responsible for supervising and leading the HR team and will be responsible as the point if first line escalation for the team.
Working hours: 8.30am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This role offers hybrid working of 3 days office (Southampton) / 2 days remote per average week.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum) with experience of supporting and leading on ER case work. The successful applicant will also have strong employment law knowledge and be capable of communicating effectively to provide professional guidance to both colleagues and senior managers.
