Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with our client in Sheffield while they recruit for 2 HR Officer roles. One is a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave, and the other is a permanent role to join their team.
This client have some exciting HR projects under way within a fast moving environment. There is a chance to be involved in and lead key HR projects as part of the wider team around change and engagement!

The HR officers will support a business unit each within a wider team of 5 in HR
Advice & guidance - coaching and building strong relationships across senior management teams
ER - Manage a wide range of employee relations cases across absence, performance capability, D&G
Project work - Lots of change management initiatives such as restructuring, TUPE, and engagement & well being initiatives
This is an opportunity for a strong generalist HR Officer who is eager to develop their career, in particular to gain more exposure across change management and HR project work! To be considered you will have previous experience within a Generalist remit, you will be CIPD qualified or working towards. you will be a values driven, passionate team player, eager to put new ideas forward!
