Ashley Kate are pleased to be to be supporting a fast paced, growing trading firm, based in London as they look to recruit a Full Time HR Administrator on a temporary basis for a period of 3 - 4 months.

The salary for this role will be between £30k and £35k FTE and comes with a hybrid working pattern.

About the role
·Ensure that all compliance/regulatory pre-employment checks are completed.
·Day-to-day generalist support and supporting with HR activities.
·Support with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting.
·Liaise withManagers and various staffing groups to ensure our HR services (where relevant) are delivered to a high standard.

HR Administrator - About you
·Previous HR administrative experience in a professional services (finance/ technology) setting.
·Experience and knowledge of HR operational activities, i.e. Recruitment, On-boarding, Performance Review Process, Payroll Administration, Off-boarding would be advantageous
·Proactive, highly organised and demonstrable use of own initiative, manage a varied workload,
·A friendly and approachable disposition with excellent communication skills.
·Extremely well organised and efficient with the ability to respond effectively to ad-hoc and unexpected issues.
·The ability to contribute thoughts and ideas on broader HR issues and pro actively enhance HR services and practices.
·Ability to use Microsoft Excel and office software
