Description
As People Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Leading customer facing HR, providing strategic and operational HR support to business units
- Devising and embedding strategic people plan within region
- Part of Regional SLT
- Influencing and engaging line managers and senior leaders on HR ability
- Support on complex ER casework
- Implementing local recruitment strategy to attract, recruit and retain the best talent
- Support with wider People initiatives around L&D, Reward, D&I etc
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally:
* Have a proven track record operating as a People Partner
* CIPD qualified
* Strong employment law knowledge
* Strong coaching, influencing skills
* Able to commute between Wiltshire/West Mids
Job Offer
Up to £50k + Car Allowance & benefits
Homeworking with travel to the offices in Wiltshire/West Midlands every 2 weeks.
