We are excited to be working with a leading property and asset management specialist who are rapidly growing across the UK. They are looking for an L&D Coordinator to join their team and develop within the business.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be supporting the L&D Manager with day-to-day coordination. You will be completing tasks such as; rolling out the LMS system, scheduling training sessions, managing the L&D inbox, and much more. Furthermore, you will act as a point of contact for any learning queries within members of staff, and will be expected to act upon these.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working within Learning and Development Administration
- A natural interest in L&D
- Process-driven individual with excellent attention to detail
