My client, a leading Real Estate business, is in the market for an HR Generalist to come onboard ASAP. This is a newly created role and would suit someone with a skillset that spans the full HR spectrum.
The role requires a someone that can roll their sleeves up and work operationally while also leading and driving strategic projects.
This is an exciting time to join the business as they continue to grow both in the UK and overseas.
Reporting into the Head of Business Partnering you'll support them with ad hoc project work ranging from Engagement to Recruitment to ER.
One of the priorities is to refine and modernise the recruitment process. As such you will be tasked with scoping JD's, working with key hiring managers and looking at the candidate review process as well as managing some live roles.
Additional areas of focus include:
- Reviewing the HR systems and processes
- Support running of the culture and values programme
- Work with the HR BP's and Talent specialist in driving the D&I agenda and Talent initiatives
The role won't have a dedicated internal client population as you are working across the entire business.
This role would suit an HR BP or HR Manager with proven experience running projects.
While this role has been initially released on a 6 month FTC basis there is a very good chance it will extend and could even morph into a generalist role should it go perm. The business are working to a hybrid working pattern - 2 days home / 3 days office (with flex)
