The Opportunity
Are you currently working as an ED and I consultant and considering fresh opportunities? If so read on
We are working with an International non - governmental organisation INGO) who are looking for an ED and I consultant to join on a 3 month interim basis but likely to extend
The role
ED & I (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) Consultant
Will need to be on site in London twice a week
Day rate - £350 - £500 ltd/ umbrella - some flex
3 months, likely to extend

Some activities
*EDI advice on a pulse/annual staff surveys to understand EDI knowledge, prejudices and racial discrimination within the organisation.
*Identify training needs for EDI working group members as focal points
*To undertake a review and recommend improvements as necessary, of the proposed EDI strategy and action plan

About you
Deep Equality, Diversity & Inclusion knowledge & proven extensive experience and expertise in an EDI role
Experience of working with INGOs
UK and International experience needed - Ensuring that recommendations consider different country contexts : Madagascar, Indonesia, Kenya, Mozambique, Comoros, Senegal and Tanzania
