Interim Reward Business Partner for a leading Retailer - FTC to cover Maternity.
As the Interim Reward Business Partner you will provide support to the Reward Manager in the day to day management of all aspects of employee reward. You will coach managers and HR colleagues in all things Reward while making sure that reward processes run like clockwork. You will play a pivotal role in delivering the key reward cycle activities including pay reviews and bonus calculations. You will also have management responsibility for a Reward Analyst.
The right Interim Reward Business Partner will ideally:
- Be from a Reward and Benefits background
- Have experience in pay/salary benchmarking
- Previous retail experience would be good but not essential
- You will need to have strong data analysis and problem solving skills, ensuring the highest level of accuracy
- The ability to make logical, well-balanced and reasoned decisions
£45k - £48k + Benefits
Candidates will ideally be available to start in August. Hybrid working available, with 2 days a week in the office in Yeovil.
