A leading not for profit is currently recruiting for a Head of HR to join them on a 12 month FTC.
This will be on site in Central London once or twice a week
The salary on offer is c£80.000 to £85.000 depending on experience
To support the HR Director by motivating, leading and line managing the Professional HR and Administration Teams to provide a first-class service to the business on a daily basis and to deliver against the HR plan, ensuring professional knowledge and ER capability across the HR team is developed and deployed efficiently
*Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service provision, seeking opportunities to improve the service model and its delivery
*Working collaboratively with directors and senior managers in order to influence and inform strategic decisions as they relate to people management and employee relations across the organisation.
*To support the HR Director in ensuring that the HR Plan is delivered in accordance with agreed timescales and resources to support and deliver corporate, HR and business solutions
*Extensive HR management experience at a similar level or equivalent gained in a complex, client facing, multi-disciplinary environment
*HR specialist, Extensive ER/TUPE legislation and practice experience
*A proven leader and motivator of people, capable of delivering in a high performing environment against demanding objectives
*Strong influencer at SLT level
*UK experience essential
