Your new role
A generalist HR Business Partner role with a focus on ED&I, you will be working in partnership with the People and Operations Team, Senior Management Team and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) working group to drive forward the creation, implementation, continuous improvement and embedding of the ED&I strategies and programmes for Prospect. You will ensure ED&I activities are incorporated into all People policies and procedures, alongside identifying and implementing changes required to policy and programme design, to achieve incremental and transformational impact across the workforce. In addition to this, you will provide generalist HR support and advice to management teams particularly around L&D, mentoring and coaching, and ED&I.

What you'll need to succeed
Prospect are seeking candidates with HR Business Partnering experience, with strong knowledge of Business Partnering best practice. You will have strong experience with ED&I having working on ED&I projects, developing and executing ED&I training/workshops, coupled with the aptitude for analysing and assimilating ED&I and HR related data.
