Job Details
Oakleaf are partnered with a boutique investment management firm in their search for an HR Advisor to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis with the potential longer term. This role will be integral partnering with the business and supporting the HR Manager on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will be operating in a broad capacity across various HR projects as well as business as usual.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact on all aspects of HR including employee relations queries and issues
- Lead on the implementation Learning & Development strategy, including creating L&D programmes and learning pathways for specific teams across the business, rolling out company-wide training e.g. diversity & inclusion
- Oversee monthly payroll process including ensuring accuracy of the data
- Responsible for overseeing the administration of all benefits
- Providing guidance to the HR Administrator with the end-to-end recruitment process for all areas of the business including carrying out interviews and liaising with the business on candidate feedback
- Taking ownership of key projects in the business including annual compensation round, annual performance management process
- Overseeing all regulatory requirements and legislation for employees and working with the Compliance and Risk teams
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in an HR Generalist role partnering with business areas and offering an exemplary advisory service
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations would be beneficial
- A confident and professional approach in a busy environment
