Our client is one of the world's largest professional services networks, who due to significant and sustained growth, are currently recruiting for several new roles within their Learning & Development teams.

Your new role
The Learning and Development team research, develop and deliver market leading, impactful learning experiences across a wide variety of topics.
As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to coordinate both in person and e-learning training at all levels of the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation & organisation for training sessions that will be delivered virtually, in a hybrid environment & face to face.
• Work closely with the training coordinator to ensure that the planning, administration and coordination of all training sessions are completed.
• Work with the facilitator to prepare sessions in advance.
• Provide access to materials, setting up training environment, managing the technology used in the programmes delivery.
• Ensuring a high quality learning experience for all participants attending the sessions, supporting and resolving any technical and logistical issues.
• Preparation of training materials across a number of different platforms.
• Preparation of learner assessments & feedback evaluation.
• Support the tracking and recording attendance via internal LMS system.
• Develop and maintain strong & effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including colleagues across the business and external training providers.

• The ability and willingness to learn about new technologies and become proficient with their capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be reactive to change.
• Desirable - Experience in the setup and preparation of technology for virtual / remote video conferencing.
• Desirable - Experience in technology connectivity between laptops and external devices.
